Scouts WEA Banbury Branch The WEA is one of the UK’s largest providers of adult education. Founded in 1903 to support the educational needs of working men and women, the WEA has maintained its commitment to providing access to education and learning for adults from all backgrounds, and in particular to those who have previously missed out on education.
